Can Keydesk help move my existing bookings?
Yes. During onboarding, we will review your current setup with you and agree the safest way to bring across the booking information you need to operate. The exact route depends on the system or files you use today.
Can I move from a spreadsheet or paper diary?
Yes. Keydesk is designed for operators moving from spreadsheets, diaries and older booking systems. We will help configure your accommodation, pricing and future bookings rather than leaving you to rebuild everything alone.
Will I be locked into a contract?
No. Keydesk has no long contract or lock-in. Your business data remains yours.
Are online travel agency connections available?
Pitchup is live. Keydesk has a two-way API integration with Pitchup covering availability, rates, stay rules and supported extras, with bookings, amendments and payment-status updates returned automatically. New customers can also import their existing Pitchup configuration during onboarding. Other OTA connections are not live yet, and we will keep being specific about what is available rather than what is planned.
