What does Keydesk integrate with?

Three things, all live today. Two-way calendar sync connects your units to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Hipcamp, Agoda, Pitchup or any channel that publishes a calendar link, so availability stays aligned everywhere. A deeper API integration with Pitchup publishes prices, allocation, stay rules and extras, and returns full bookings. Stripe processes card payments for deposits, balances, payment links and instalment plans.

Does Keydesk have a channel manager?

Keydesk does the part of the job most independent operators actually need: it keeps availability synchronised across every channel you sell on, and it manages rates, stay rules and complete bookings with Pitchup. What it does not do is push prices and listing content out to every marketplace centrally. If that is essential to how you sell, tell us before you buy and we will give you a straight answer rather than a roadmap date.

Can I connect Airbnb or Booking.com to Keydesk?

Yes, through two-way calendar sync. You paste the listing’s calendar link into the unit’s row in Keydesk and paste the private Keydesk link back into the channel. Dates then close in both directions automatically. Prices and guest details stay in that channel’s own system, because a calendar feed carries dates and nothing else.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Every connection is part of the Keydesk subscription at £49 per month, per site, with no per-channel fees and no module upgrades. Third-party costs, such as Stripe processing fees or a channel’s own commission, are charged by those companies and are separate.

Which integration is coming next?

We do not publish dates for connections that are not built, because a roadmap promise is not something you can run a season on. Calendar sync and the Pitchup API integration are live and testable today, more are in progress, and each one appears here once it genuinely works. Ask us what is closest if a specific system would change your decision.
