What is Keydesk, exactly?

Is Keydesk live yet?

Can guests book directly on my website?
Yes. Keydesk Direct is a hosted, guest-facing booking portal fed by live Keydesk pricing and availability. Add a "Book Now" link to your site and bookings flow straight into Keydesk, clearly attributed to the direct channel.
Will it work with the OTAs I already use?
Not yet - today Keydesk focuses on your own booking office and direct website bookings, organised through a channel-based distribution model. Deep OTA integrations are a core part of our near-term roadmap, and because Keydesk is built API-first, new channel connections are part of the architecture rather than an afterthought.
How does pricing and payments work?
Set nightly, stay-package or per-person pricing with restrictions and occupancy rules, then take the deposits and balances you choose. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, the payment gateway Keydesk uses.
I already use a booking system - how do I switch?
Early access includes hands-on onboarding from the team. We help you set up your properties, pitches and pricing, and we work with you to bring your existing and future-dated bookings across - so switching does not mean starting from scratch.
What happens when early access ends?
Early adopters get the best deal and plenty of notice before any pricing is introduced. There are no contracts or lock-in during early access - and your data is always yours, so if Keydesk is not right for you, we will help you take it with you.
