What the UK market publishes

Most suppliers won’t tell you the price until you book a call.

We think that wastes your time, so here is the state of it. We reviewed the public pages of five other UK suppliers on 11 August 2026. Three of the six suppliers below publish a price at all: Keydesk, Anytime Booking and GlampManager.

Each row states only what that supplier’s own page showed on the review date, and links to it so you can check. We make no claim about what any of them would quote you.

Anytime Booking YesPublishes packages, though the fuller tiers are floors rather than prices: Lite at £10 per month plus 1% of booking revenue, Pro "from £30" and Agency "from £65" per month, each plus a one-time setup fee whose amount is not stated. Where a competitor is cheaper than us

GlampManager’s entry tier is genuinely less expensive than Keydesk for a small glamping site. At their published £20 per month plus £2 per unit on an annual term, a five-unit site pays about £30. Their per-unit fee means the two converge at roughly 12 to 15 units depending on billing term, and Keydesk stays flat above that. If you have four pods and a tight budget, price them both.

Anytime Booking’s Lite package is cheaper too, until it is not: £10 per month plus 1% of your booking revenue costs less than £49 below roughly £3,900 of bookings a month, and more above it. We worked that comparison out in full.

How to read this table

“Not published” means no tariff appeared on the pages we reviewed, not that a supplier is expensive or hiding something. Several serve larger parks where scoped quotes are reasonable. Next review: 11 November 2026. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.

This page is published by Keydesk, which sells one of the products listed. That is exactly why every claim about another supplier links to their own page and is limited to what it showed on a stated date.

Comparing properly

Six questions to ask every supplier, including us.

A monthly headline figure is the smallest part of what booking software costs. Ask all of these, of everyone on your shortlist, and insist on the same scope in every answer. Ours are already on the cards.

What is the all-in first-year cost?
Setup, migration, training, module licences and the subscription itself. Ask for one number, in writing, for the same scope.Keydesk’s answer£588 for a full year, and not a penny more. Onboarding, migration help and support are already in it. £300 if you join as an Early Partner.
What happens in year three?
Ask for a three-year total including any contracted uplift. Annual increases inside a multi-year term change the comparison substantially.Keydesk’s answer£588 a year at today’s price. There is no multi-year tie-in and no contracted uplift built into your subscription.
What is charged per transaction?
Separate the software fee from payment processing, and ask whether the supplier adds anything on top of the gateway rate.Keydesk’s answer£0 from Keydesk. You pay Stripe’s published processing fees directly, and we add nothing on top of them.
What is priced per user or per unit?
A low headline price that scales with pitches, units or staff logins can overtake a flat fee quickly. Model it at your actual size.Keydesk’s answer£0 either way. Unlimited users, and the same £49 whether you run five pitches or sixty.
What does leaving cost?
Ask what you can export, in what format, and whether producing your own historical booking data carries a fee.Keydesk’s answer£0 to leave. Billing is monthly with no notice period, and we do not charge you to get your own data out.
What is genuinely included in support?
Onboarding hours, response times, and whether help beyond the first month is chargeable.Keydesk’s answer£0 on top. Onboarding, setup help and ongoing support are part of the subscription, not a paid tier.
Before you buy

When £49 is the wrong thing to spend.

Keydesk is a young product with a deliberately narrow scope. There are operators it does not suit yet, and you should know which before you pay us anything.

Good fit today
  • Independent sites taking direct and phone bookings
  • Operators moving off spreadsheets or paper
  • Sites wanting flexible pricing without a rebuild
  • Anyone tired of commission on their own guests
Not yet a fit
  • You need OTA channels beyond Pitchup connected now
  • You manage holiday-homeowner accounts and utilities
  • You need a branded native guest app
  • You require a multi-park enterprise rollout

If you are in the right-hand column, we would rather you spent your money elsewhere this season. Our CampManager comparison sets out where an established suite is the better answer.

Pricing questions

Pricing FAQ

How much does Keydesk cost?

Keydesk is £49 per month, per site, billed monthly. That price includes direct online bookings, pricing, reservations, deposits and balances, extras, guest records, onboarding and support. There is no Keydesk booking commission and no long-term contract. Stripe payment-processing fees are charged separately by Stripe.

How much does campsite booking software cost in the UK?

Most UK suppliers do not publish a price, so a like-for-like market figure is hard to establish. Keydesk publishes £49 per month, per site. GlampManager publishes tiers from £20 per month plus £2 per unit per month. CampManager, ParcVu and Elite Dynamics did not present a public tariff on the pages reviewed on 11 August 2026, and quote after a sales conversation.

Does Keydesk charge commission on bookings?

No. Keydesk does not take a percentage of your booking value on direct or booking-office reservations. The subscription is the Keydesk cost. Stripe charges its own payment-processing fees on card transactions, which are separate from Keydesk software pricing.

What does "per site" mean?

One subscription covers one trading site, regardless of how many pitches, units, lodges or pods it contains. A 5-pitch certificated location and a 60-pitch touring park pay the same £49. If you operate several separate parks, each one needs its own subscription.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding and support are included in the monthly price. We help you set up your accommodation, pricing and booking rules, and work with you to bring existing and future-dated bookings across.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long-term contract. Keydesk is billed monthly and you can cancel. The Early Partner price is the one exception in structure: it applies for the first 12 paid months before moving to the standard £49 price.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is no free plan. You can create an account and set up your site, pricing and booking rules before you commit to taking live bookings. If budget is the binding constraint, the honest answer is that a spreadsheet plus a clear deposit policy beats paying for software you will not use - our spreadsheet migration guide covers when that stops being true.

What is the Early Partner Programme?

A limited programme for up to 10 qualifying businesses willing to give regular product feedback and occasional interviews. It costs £25 per month for the first 12 paid months, then continues at the standard £49. It is an application, not a public discount code, and places are limited.

What costs extra on top of the subscription?

Stripe payment-processing fees, charged by Stripe on card transactions at their published rates. Nothing else is charged by Keydesk. There are no per-user fees, per-booking fees, module unlocks or messaging charges.

Will the price go up?

We have no announced increase. If standard pricing changes in future, this page is where it will be published, with the review date updated. Early Partner terms are fixed for the 12 paid months they cover.
