One workspace for every accommodation model.

A touring pitch, lodge and glamping pod should not be forced into the same pricing structure. Keydesk lets each grade carry the rates and rules that make sense for it.

Nightly rates

Set the rate for each date and grade, with distinct weekday, weekend and peak-period pricing.

Stay packages

Sell fixed breaks such as Friday–Monday or Monday–Friday alongside ordinary nightly stays.

Per-person pricing

Combine a pitch or unit price with adult and child rates and the occupancy rules that belong to each grade.

Stay restrictions

Control minimum stays, arrival days, operating dates and availability alongside the price.

Rules belong with rates

Protect the stay pattern, not just the nightly price.

Peak pricing only works when the booking fits the operation. Set minimum stays, arrival restrictions, operating dates and availability alongside the rate for each grade.

Keydesk currently provides operator-controlled pricing. It does not automatically reprice accommodation using an algorithm.

What accommodation pricing models does Keydesk support?

Keydesk supports nightly rates, fixed-break stay packages and per-person pricing, with occupancy rules and restrictions configured by accommodation grade. Campsites can combine pitch pricing with adult and child rates.

Can I set different prices for weekends and peak season?

Yes. Prices are managed by date, so you can set different rates across weekdays, weekends, school holidays and peak periods. The bulk editor lets you change a whole run of dates rather than editing each one separately.

Can I set minimum stays and arrival-day restrictions?

Yes. Keydesk pricing works alongside minimum-stay rules, blocked arrival dates, operating dates and availability controls so the stay offered to a guest matches how your site operates.

Does Keydesk automatically change prices using dynamic pricing?

Not currently. Keydesk gives operators direct control over rates and rules rather than claiming automated demand-based repricing. Bulk increases, decreases and fixed-price changes can be previewed before they are applied.

Do pricing changes appear in the direct booking engine?

Yes. Keydesk Direct reads the live pricing and availability configured in Keydesk, so guests see the applicable price when they search dates and accommodation.
