Your Pitchup listings and your Keydesk calendar, finally in step.
Keydesk has a live API integration with Pitchup. Keydesk publishes availability, rates, stay rules and supported extras to Pitchup, while new bookings, amendments and payment-status updates flow back into Keydesk automatically. No exported spreadsheets, and no updating the same numbers twice.
Two directions, one source of truth.
Your Keydesk calendar stays the master record. Pitchup is fed from it, and everything Pitchup sells comes straight back.
- Availability from the live Keydesk calendar
- Rates and pricing
- Stay restrictions and booking rules
- Supported extras
- New bookings
- Booking amendments
- Payment-status updates
Less retyping, fewer discrepancies, fewer nasty surprises.
The point of a channel connection is not the connection. It is the hour a week you stop spending on it, and the booking clash you never have to apologise for.
- Availability stays aligned
- Pitchup availability is published from the Keydesk calendar, so the two stop drifting apart between updates.
- Rates and rules travel with it
- Pricing, stay restrictions and supported extras go out together, rather than being retyped into a second system.
- Bookings flow both ways
- New Pitchup reservations, amendments and payment updates arrive in Keydesk, and supported changes are sent back.
- Mapped to inventory you already have
- Match Pitchup inventory to existing Keydesk properties and accommodation types instead of duplicating availability.
- Built for more than one site
- Supports multiple properties and multiple Pitchup sites from a single Keydesk account.
- Activity you can actually see
- Monitor integration activity in one place, so a failed update is something you notice rather than discover.
Start from your Pitchup setup, not a blank screen.
New Keydesk customers can import their Pitchup configuration during onboarding. Keydesk creates your properties, accommodation types, rate plans and other available setup data as a starting point, so the first day is about checking your inventory rather than typing it in.

Imported data is a starting point to review with us, not a finished configuration. You confirm it before you go live.
What this connection is, and is not.
Pitchup is our first live OTA integration. It is a real, working connection rather than a roadmap promise, and it is also not a full channel manager across every marketplace you might use.
- Availability, rates and stay rules to Pitchup
- Supported extras published
- Bookings and amendments returned
- Payment-status updates returned
- Multiple properties and Pitchup sites
- Onboarding import of Pitchup setup
- Other OTAs and marketplaces
- Pitchup’s own commission and terms
- Extras Pitchup does not support
- Every amendment and cancellation case

Built around how your site actually sells.
The connection follows your Keydesk inventory, so it fits the way you already price and allocate.

Does Keydesk integrate with Pitchup?
Yes. Keydesk has a live API integration with Pitchup. Keydesk publishes availability, rates, stay restrictions and supported extras to Pitchup, and new bookings, amendments and payment-status updates flow back into Keydesk automatically.
How does the Keydesk Pitchup integration work?
It is a two-way API connection. Keydesk sends availability, pricing, stay rules and supported extras out to your Pitchup listings. Pitchup sends new bookings, amendments and payment-status updates back into Keydesk, where they join your calendar alongside direct and booking-office reservations. Supported booking changes made in Keydesk are also sent back to Pitchup.
Will this stop double bookings between Pitchup and my own website?
It substantially reduces the risk. Because availability is published from the Keydesk calendar and Pitchup bookings come straight back into it, both sides work from the same picture rather than a spreadsheet updated by hand. No integration can promise that double bookings become impossible, so keep your usual checks over busy changeover weekends.
Can I import my existing Pitchup setup into Keydesk?
Yes. New Keydesk customers can import their Pitchup configuration during onboarding. That creates properties, accommodation types, rate plans and other available setup data as a starting point, so you are not rebuilding your inventory by hand before you can take a booking.
Can I connect more than one Pitchup site?
Yes. The integration supports multiple properties and multiple Pitchup sites, so operators running more than one park can manage them from the same Keydesk account.
Do I map the connection to inventory I already have in Keydesk?
Yes. You map your existing Keydesk properties and accommodation types to the matching Pitchup inventory, rather than creating duplicate records. That keeps one source of availability instead of two competing ones.
What happens when a guest amends or cancels a Pitchup booking?
Amendments and payment-status updates come back into Keydesk against the original reservation. Supported changes made on the Keydesk side are sent back to Pitchup. Confirm the exact handling of your specific amendment and cancellation cases with us during onboarding, because these vary by booking type.
Does the integration cost extra?
The Pitchup connection is part of the Keydesk subscription at £49 per month, per site. Keydesk does not charge a separate module fee to switch it on. Pitchup’s own commission and commercial terms are a matter between you and Pitchup, and are unchanged by this integration.
Do I still need to log in to Pitchup?
You keep your Pitchup account and relationship exactly as they are. The integration is about removing repetitive availability and rate updates, not about replacing Pitchup’s own tools. You can monitor integration activity from within Keydesk.
Which other OTAs does Keydesk connect to?
Pitchup is Keydesk’s first live OTA integration and currently the only one. Other marketplace and OTA connections are not live yet. If a specific channel is essential to your business today, ask us before you commit rather than assuming it is covered.
