Does Keydesk handle per-person pricing for campsites?
Yes - per-person pricing is built in. Set adult and child rates on top of pitch pricing, with occupancy rules per pitch grade, minimum stays and arrival-day restrictions. Bulk-edit whole runs of dates and preview every change before it goes live.
How do campers pay deposits?
You decide the deposit, and campers pay securely by card through Stripe - either a deposit with the balance due later, or the full amount up front. Keydesk tracks balances and schedules reminders before the due date.
I already run my campsite on spreadsheets or another system - how do I switch?
Onboarding includes hands-on support from the team. We help you set up your pitches, grades and pricing, and we work with you to bring your existing and future-dated bookings across - so switching does not mean starting from scratch.
Does Keydesk connect to Pitchup or the OTAs?
Pitchup, yes. Keydesk has a live API integration with Pitchup that publishes availability, rates, stay rules and supported extras, and brings new bookings, amendments and payment-status updates back into Keydesk automatically. It is currently the only live OTA connection, so if another marketplace is essential to how you sell, ask us before committing.
