Yes. Keydesk Direct is a hosted booking portal at your own subdomain, fed by your live pitch availability and pricing. Add one Book Now link to your website and campers can pick dates, choose a pitch, pay a deposit or the full amount, and get instant confirmation.
Does Keydesk handle per-person pricing for campsites?
Yes - per-person pricing is built in. Set adult and child rates on top of pitch pricing, with occupancy rules per pitch grade, minimum stays and arrival-day restrictions. Bulk-edit whole runs of dates and preview every change before it goes live.
How do campers pay deposits?
You decide the deposit, and campers pay securely by card through Stripe - either a deposit with the balance due later, or the full amount up front. Keydesk tracks balances and schedules reminders before the due date.
I already run my campsite on spreadsheets or another system - how do I switch?
Early access includes hands-on onboarding from the team. We help you set up your pitches, grades and pricing, and we work with you to bring your existing and future-dated bookings across - so switching does not mean starting from scratch.
Does Keydesk connect to Pitchup or the OTAs?
Not yet. Today Keydesk focuses on your own booking office and direct website bookings, where you keep the whole booking. Marketplace and OTA connections are a core part of our near-term roadmap, and the channel foundations are already built for them.
