What features does Keydesk include?

Keydesk includes a direct booking engine hosted at your own Keydesk address, a live booking calendar, pricing management with bulk editing, deposits and balance payments through Stripe, extras and upsells, and a guest CRM with consent and data controls. A live Pitchup integration publishes availability and returns bookings. Onboarding and support are included.

Are all features included in every plan?

Yes. There is one plan at £49 per month, per site, and every operator gets the same product. There are no feature tiers, no module unlocks and no per-user charges, so nothing on this page is held back for a higher price.

Can guests book and pay on my own website?

Guests book from a link on your website. Keydesk Direct is a booking journey we host for you at your own Keydesk web address, in the form yourpark.keydesk.co.uk, rather than on your own domain. You add a Book Now button to your site, and guests move into a mobile-first journey fed by live Keydesk pricing and availability. They choose a deposit or full payment, pay securely through Stripe, and the booking arrives in Keydesk attributed to your direct channel.

Does Keydesk connect to booking channels?

To Pitchup, yes. A live two-way API integration publishes availability, rates, stay rules and supported extras, and returns bookings, amendments and payment-status updates. Pitchup is currently the only live OTA connection, so check that it covers what you need before committing.

Is there a mobile app?

Keydesk is a cloud application that runs in a browser on phone, tablet and desktop, and the guest booking journey is mobile-first. A separate native app for operators or guests is not claimed today.

What is not in Keydesk today?

OTA connections beyond Pitchup, holiday-homeowner accounts and utility billing, a branded native guest app, automated demand-based dynamic pricing, and accounting or point-of-sale integrations. If any of those are essential this season, Keydesk is not the right fit yet.

Can I set everything up before I commit?

Yes. You can create an account and set up your accommodation, pricing and booking rules for free before you start taking live bookings, so you can see the product against your own inventory rather than a demo.
