Outdore publishes two self-serve plans. Starter has no subscription and charges £1 per booking. Standard is a monthly subscription whose price calculator adds £1 per pitch or unit to a £30 base, so the £31 headline is the price for a single pitch. Certificated club sites pay £10 a month less on Standard. Both plans state no set-up fees, and Standard is paid monthly with no contract. Bookings that come through the Outdore App marketplace, rather than your own direct link, carry 10% commission for first-time guests and £1 for repeat guests. Keydesk is £49 per month, per site, whatever your unit count, with no commission.

Not for a small site. On Outdore Standard’s published calculator the two are level at 19 pitches or units, and Keydesk is cheaper from the 20th, with the gap widening as you add more because £49 does not move. A five-pitch certificated site pays £25 on Outdore’s club rate. And if you take few bookings, Outdore Starter at £1 per booking, which you can pass to the guest as a booking fee, is cheaper than any subscription, including ours.

Keydesk syncs calendars with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Pitchup, Hipcamp, Agoda or any channel publishing a feed, and adds a full two-way API integration with Pitchup that publishes rates, allocation, stay rules and extras and returns complete bookings. If Pitchup is a major channel for you, that is the difference.

Outdore has an owner side in its iOS and Android app for viewing and managing bookings on the go, and its homepage describes it as the only campsite booking system with one.
